Course Outline

I am a firm believer in finding exercise that you enjoy and will do consistently in your weekly routine! While this time around, my program will not include workouts, we will still be focusing on daily movement goals, recovery tools, and more to supplement your nutrition plan! 

Daily access to your coach: You'll have access to me, your coach, through an app, so you can get answers to your questions, receive personalized guidance, and stay motivated and on track.

Weekly group Zoom calls: Our weekly group calls are a chance for you to connect with other women in the program, share your progress, and get extra support and encouragement. Weekly calls will be done on every Wednesday evening from 6:30 pm-7:30 pm. 

In addition to the group experience, you'll also receive one-on-one weekly check-ins with me to address your individual needs, set personalized goals, and ensure you stay on track.
